A tranquil, private space in the heart of the city

Tokyu Hotels & Resorts' SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL, the first label of its new lifestyle "STREAM HOTEL" brand, will celebrate its grand opening on January 16, 2024 (some rooms and facilities will open in advance on December 22, 2023). The exciting new property - centered on design, culture, and experience - will be located on the upper floors of COCONO SUSUKINO, a new commercial complex in the heart of Susukino, one of Sapporo's most popular downtown areas. The hotel will feature a total of 436 rooms in three categories: Superior, Superior Plus, and Premium. The interiors will be stylishly designed with furniture, lighting, and spaces that reflect the nature, traditions, and history of Sapporo, Hokkaido. The 18th floor, the top floor, will be equipped with a free-use lounge for premium category guests, as well as a sauna and rooftop terrace, where guests can relax, while enjoying a special moment viewing Sapporo in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The 7th floor, where the front desk and lobby are located, will house shops and a restaurant, while the 8th floor will feature a fitness center and function room, exclusively for hotel guests.

The restaurant will cater to both area residents and hotel guests, with a focus on dishes that convey the uniqueness of Hokkaido and Sapporo, made possible through in-depth contact with regional ingredients and producers. The hotel will also offer a variety of activities that can be enjoyed inside and outside the building, including collaborations with local businesses such as "COCONO SUSUKINO." The SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL plans to help guests discover the charms of the local community via an array of events, workshops, and cultural experiences within the hotel, utilizing the restaurant, rooftop terrace, and function rooms.
