Special Situation Villa Rates can save your clients 30%

The reason for this 30% discount is because of a villa construction site that has just started on the piece of land below the Villa Happy Bay. The disadvantages will be based only on the sound level, created by caterpillar-type machines will be present on the ground at the start of construction, until the end of March, followed later by less significant construction's noises, but that will still be present.

Construction Site hours 7am to 3pm

The view from the house will not be affected, and the privacy of the customers will not be affected either because the construction site is located on the lower part of the land below the house.

The reduced villa rental rates are:

2 bedrooms regular rate $4,900.00, reduced rate $3,430.00 weekly
3 bedrooms regular rate $5,200.00, reduced rate $3,640.00 weekly
4 bedrooms regular rate $5,200.00, reduced rate $4,060.00 weekly.
Add 10% tax to above weekly rates.
