Hey travel pro!

We all want our travel agency to bring us more freedom and profit. And, fortunately, the way you can make this happen is relatively straightforward:

You must (1) increase your revenue and (2) decrease the time you spend working.

This enables you to create what I call your profitability line.

I know this sounds laughingly simple, but it’s important to note that many agencies fail because they only focus on upward-tracking commissions.

To ensure your profitability line goes up, you must get three things right: clients, processes, and authority. Let's break these down.

1. Clients

You can't really do anything without getting and closing enough ideal clients. You need to connect with people who might hire you, so naturally, the first step is talking to your prospects.

Once you make contact with your prospects, you don’t have to jump ahead 10 steps and think about the commissions with a comma. It’s okay to begin with small vacation requests and work on building lifelong relationships over time.

Eventually, you’ll garner more clients, bigger commissions, and greater revenues.

2. Processes

What will you do with all the work that results from reliably closing clients and getting more and more of them?

You really have only three options to make sure you're effectively servicing all of your clients.

The first is to work all of the time, which pretty much defeats the purpose.

The second thing is to hire employees to handle the extra work, but then you'll need even more work to pay for them.

The third and best option is to hone your process.

You can create a process that takes less of your time, while you book more, and allows you to take on additional clients. That's the approach that will get you the farthest, the fastest.

3. Authority

To completely get rid of price-shoppers, build your authority. When you do it correctly, you'll have people willing to pay whatever you want to work with you. That's the final step that will allow you to increase your revenues exponentially.

These three steps are at the core of the #noBStravelsuccess model. Apply these in your agency, and you’ll see your profitability line escalate!
