If your clients are unable to travel due to COVID-19, cancellation will be allowed up to 30 days before departure, and a future cruise voucher valid for two years will be issued. If we cannot fulfill a future cruise, they’ll immediately be entitled to a full refund or a voucher equal to 110% of the trip fare they paid. This policy is valid for two years on all bookings made on or before June 30th 2022.
